DMX RELAYS

 
Alles, was geschaltet werden kann, lässt sich mit einer DMX Relaiskarte bedienen. Jedem DMX-Kanal wird ein Relais zugewiesen, das, abhängig vom übertragenen Datenwert, ein- oder ausgeschaltet wird. Dabei wird häufig eine Hysterese verwendet, d.h., das Relais schaltet bei einem anderen Datenwert ein und wieder aus. Der Grund hierfür ist einfach: das erhöht die Störimmunität, denn kurzzeitige Signalschwankungen führen nicht zu einem ein-aus-ein-aus Relaisklackern.
Bitte beachten Sie die SICHERHEITSHINWEISE zum Einsatz von Relais.		   A DMX relay interface can perform any switching task, be it signal, power, audio or any other signal. Each relay is allocated to one DMX data slot and switches on behalf of the signal content. Whenever possible we recommend to make use of a switching hysteresis to prevent the relay from flattering in response to instable drive signals (e.g. DMX signals derived from from analog control or fader desks).

[DMX Relaiskarte 3002R-EP6]   DMX RELAISKARTE 3202R-EP DMXRDM
Diese nur 7 x 7 cm große 2-Kanal DMX Relaiskarte arbeitet an 12V Betriebsspannung und ist in zwei Versionen verfügbar: mit Umschaltkontakten (230V 6A) oder mit EIN-Kontakten (230V 16A). Eine Startadreßeinstellplatine 3000P befindet sich im Lieferumfang. 		  DMX RELAY 3202R-EP DMXRDM
This compact pcb measures just 70mm x 70mm and works on a external 12V power supply. There are two versions available: either N.O./N.C. contacts (230V 6A) or N.O. high power contacts (230V 16A). A start address board 3000P is comprised with delivery.

Eine Adreßeinstellplatine 3000P befindet sich bei Schaltschrankmodulen NICHT im Lieferumfang und muss bei Bedarf als Zubehör extra bestellt werden.

This multi-relay comes as printed circuit board complete with external start address board 3000P and works on 230VAC. The relay is DMX compatile and features six independently controllable outputs.

Dies Modell enstpricht in allen Eigenschaften der 3206R, ist aber zusätzlich mit einem Auslösekanal zur Auslösung der Relais bestückt. Damit ist das Modul auch für Gabucki-Anlagen und ähnliche Steuerungen bestens geeignet. Das Modul wird mit 115-230V (widerange) betrieben. That makes the 3207R-EP the best choice for applications like gabucki systems and more. DMX RDM allows to remotely configure connected devices, and allows to set several configuration options (e.g. monostable output, fast mode, sensor read etc.) When needed, a start address board 3006P-SD must be ordered separately (see notice below).

Dies Modell ist neu: mit der 3212R-H entsprechen wir dem Wunsch nach vielen Schaltausgängen für Signalisierung, Effekte und vieles mehr. Das Modul wird mit 24V (Gleichspannung) betrieben und ist damit optimal auch mit SPS und anderen Schaltanlagen kombinierbar.

New to our line: the 3212R satifies the demand for more switching outputs (12 available), making the 3212R-H the optimum solution for signalling, effects control and more. Power supply is 24VDC. Thus the 3212R can be combined with SPS systems and other matching equipment.
The 3212R-H can be managed using DMX RDM or a separate start address board 3000P.

 

[DMX Demux 3221C-EP]   DMX DEMULTIPLEXER 3221C-EP
Der nur 7 x 7 cm große 2-Kanal Decoder läuft an 12V und stellt als dritten Ausgang einen geschalteten Relaisausgang zur Verfügung. Dabei kann der Schaltausgang entweder auf einem eigenen DMX Kanal betrieben werden oder mit Schaltschwelle 1% auf einen der Demux-Ausgänge gelegt werden. Da die Platine auch 1-10V fähig ist, lassen sich so komfortabel analoge EVG bedienen. Eine Adreßeinstellplatine 3000P befindet sich im Lieferumfang. 		  DMX DEMUX 3221C-EP

The decoder features two analog voltage outputs (0..10V) and one relay output (N.O./N.C.), which can be operated in conjunction with the analog ports or independently. [DMX Relaiskarte 3232R-EP]   DMX RELAISKARTE 3232R-EP DMXRDM
Diese Relaiskarte hat es in sich: 32 Schaltausgänge (Belastbarkeit: max. 230V/10A ohmsche Last) mit Umschaltkontakten warten darauf, von Ihnen bedient zu werden. Der Bolide ist zum Schalten jeglicher Signale geeignet und stellt 32 potenzialfreie Umschaltkontakte zur Verfügung. Über DMX RDM lassen sich vier unterschiedliche Schaltschwellen sowie ein VU-Meter-Modus (Relais schalten sich je nach Ansteuerpegel sukzessive zu) für ein (32 Stufen) oder zwei Ansteuerkanäle (2x 16 Stufen) auswählen.
Die Versorgung erfolgt mit 24V DC, ein passendes Netzteil ist im Lieferumfang der Karte enthalten. 		  DMX RELAY 3232R-EP DMXRDM

[DMX Relaiskarte 5202R-EP]   DMX RELAISKARTE 5202R-EP DMXRDM
Die 5202R ist als Sicherheit-Relaiskarte konzipiert und zeichnet sich durch verschiedene Sicherheitsschaltungen aus: so kann eine Auslösung nur erfolgen, wenn bestimmte -vom Anwender selbst definierbare- Sicherheitsbedingungen erfüllt sind: ein bestimmter Sicherheitspegel ist gesetzt, ein Sicherheittschalter wurde betätigt, bestimmte Sensorbedingungen sind erfüllt. Die 5202R-EP verfügt über 2 Schaltausgänge (Belastbarkeit: max. 230V/10A ohmsche Last) mit Umschaltkontakten.
Die Versorgung erfolgt mit 110/230V AC. 		  DMX RELAY 5202R-EP DMXRDM
The 5202R-EP is a DMX relay with several integrated safety features. A relay can only be triggered if a special safety channel level has been set, a safety switch has been closed, or specific sensor signals are in range. The user can define the combination of safety conditions. The relay features 2 switching outputs (230V max. 10A max, N.O./N.C.).
Power supply is 110/230V AC.



Bitte beachten Sie: alle Geräte lassen sich, wenn RDM-fähig, über DMX RDM konfigurieren. Alternativ ist das Setzen der Startadresse, der DMX Personality und des HOLD-Modus auch über eine Adressplatine 3000P, eine Display-Adressplatine 3003P, eine LCD-Adressplatine 3005P, oder eine LCD-Adressplatine 3006P möglich.
Geräte, die werksmässig im SubDevice Modus konfiguriert sind, können mit einem Adressboard 3006P-SD oder 3008P-SD konfiguriert werden. Bitte beachten Sie die Hinweise bei den Gerätebeschreibungen.
Bei Einbauplatinen ist stets eine Adressplatine im Lieferumfang enthalten, weil diese meist mit dem Gerät verbaut wird. Bei DIN-Tragschienenmodellen dient sie nur zur einmaligen Konfiguration und kann für alle Modelle verwendet werden. Hier ist also eine Adressplatine nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten; sie muss, falls erforderlich, getrennt bestellt werden. 		  Please note: all RDM compatible devices can be addressed using a DMX RDM controller (no separate start address board will be needed then. Alternatively, the start address, the DMX personality and the DMX HOLD mode can be set using a start address board 3000P, a display start address board 3003P, a LCD start address board 3005P, or a LCD start address board 3006P.
Devices configured in SubDevice mode as Default can only be configured using a address board 3006P-SD or 3008P-SD. Please check the respective device description for more information.
Printed circuit boards always come complete with a start address board 3000P. Delivery of DIN rail modules does NOT comprise a start address board, it must always be odered separately. The start address board will only be used once to set the desired configuration and can be used for ALL our products.
WICHTIGER SICHERHEITSHINWEIS
DMX Relais sind nur für Effektlicht oder entsprechende Show-Steuerung zugelassen. Bitte beachten Sie, dass der DMX Standard (aktuelle Fassung: ANSI E1-11 DMX512-A, zu beziehen über www.ansi.org)eine Verwendung des DMX Steuerprotokolls wegen nichtvorhandener Sicherheitsmechanismen (keine Prüfsummen, keine Rückmeldung) für sicherheitskritische Applikationen (z.B. Feuerwerk) explizit ausschliesst.
dmxrdm übernimmt daher keine Haftung für Schäden, die aus Missachtung dieser Grundlagen enstehen.
 
Lastangaben beziehen sich stets auf ohmsche Lasten. Für komplexe (induktive oder kapazitive) Lasten muss ein entsprechendes Derating in Anwendung gebracht werden (siehe Datenblatt der Relaishersteller). Für induktive Lasten muss eine Begrenzung der Induktionsspannung beim Abschalten, für kapazitive Lasten eine Begrenzung des Einschaltstroms gewährleistet werden, um eine Beschädigung der Relaiskontakte zu vermeiden. 		  IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE
DMX relays are only to be used for effect lighting or similar show applications. Please note that the DMX standard (lastest release: ANSI E1-11 DMX512-A, can be obtainend from ansi.org ) does not allow use for applications like fireworks or similar: "Since this Standard does not mandate error checking, DMX512 is not an appropriate control protocol for hazardous applications."
dmxrdm cannot be held responsible for any damages resulting from improper use of products.
 
Load ratings always refer to resistive loads only. When dealing with complex loads, such as inductive or capacitive loads, a suitable derating must be applied (see relay manufacturers data sheet). Inductive loads must be compensated to suppress inductive spike voltages causing sparks at turn-off, capacitive loads must be fitted with inrush-current limiting measures to prevent contact damage.
