Alles, was geschaltet werden kann, lässt sich mit einer DMX Relaiskarte bedienen. Jedem DMX-Kanal wird ein Relais zugewiesen, das, abhängig vom übertragenen Datenwert, ein- oder ausgeschaltet wird. Dabei wird häufig eine Hysterese verwendet, d.h., das Relais schaltet bei einem anderen Datenwert ein und wieder aus. Der Grund hierfür ist einfach: das erhöht die Störimmunität, denn kurzzeitige Signalschwankungen führen nicht zu einem ein-aus-ein-aus Relaisklackern.   A DMX relay interface can perform any switching task, be it signal, power, audio or any other signal. Each relay is allocated to one DMX data slot and switches on behalf of the signal content. Whenever possible we recommend to make use of a switching hysteresis to prevent the relay from flattering in response to instable drive signals (e.g. DMX signals derived from from analog control or fader desks).

3206R-EP

[DMX INTERFACE]  


Sind gleich mehrere Hochlast-Verbraucher zu schalten, dann ist möglicherweise die 3206R-EP Ihr Favorit. Die kompakte Karte glänzt mit einer Schaltleistung von 6x 230V 10A ohmscher Last, und das unabhängig voneinder auf 6 Ausgängen mit je einem Umschaltkontakt.

Die 3206R-EP ist optimal für Schaltanlagen geeignet. Ihr besonderer Vorzug: die schnelle Montage und der schnelle Anschluss dank WAGO Schnellfederklemmen. Federklemmen haben übrigens eine deutlich höhere Strombelastbarkeit als Schraubklemmen, denn durch die größere Kontaktfläche ergeben sich kleinere Übergangswiderstände. Federklemmen lösen sich auch nicht, wie man es Schraubklemmen gelegentlich nachsagt. Und sie sind viel schneller zu verkabeln: Klemme aufdrücken, Draht hineinstecken, Klemme loslassen. Fertig.

Die Funktion der Relaiskarte wird über DIP-Schalter oder über DMX RDM festgelegt und permanent auf der Karte gespeichert; es ist also auch ein Betrieb ohne angeschlossenes DMX Startadressboard möglich. Das Schaltverhalten ist auf vier Einstellungen programmierbar:
Hysterese 1: 50% / 51%
Hysterese 2: 25% / 75%
Hysterese 3: 3% / 97%
Hysterese 4: 0% / 1%
Zur Verwendung in Schaltanlagen ist die 3206R-EP zudem mit einem Oversampling-Modus ausgestattet, der ein präzises Schalten durch mehrfache Protokollauswertung sicherstellt.

 		  When you have to control multiple high power loads the 3206R-EP will be your favourite choice. The compact relay module features six indenpently controllable outputs which can be loaded with 10Amps @ 230VAC (resistive load). Output contacts are N.O./N.C. (normally open / normally closed) contacts.

The 3206R-EP has been designed with power distribution systems in mind. It's special advantages include fast setup and installation. Patented WAGO cage clamp connectors ensure rapid installation (press lever to open cage clamp, insert wire, release) and a non-degradeable contact unlike screw connectors, where screw tend to get loose over time and contact resistance may rise dramatically (which could cause degraded contacts to burn out).

The DMX relay function ("DMX PERSONALITY") and DMX start address can be set using a separate start address board to program settings, or set using DMX RDM commands. All settings are retained in non-volatile memory. Available relay trip ponts include:
Hysteresis 1: 50% / 51%
Hysteresis 2: 25% / 75%
Hysteresis 3: 3% / 97%
Hysteresis 4: 0% / 1%
The 3206R-EP also features a DMX oversampling mode to guarantee reliable switching at all times. The oversampling mode will analyze multiple DMX data packets before any action is taken and will prevent the DMX relay from switching as long as input signals are not stable. You may override oversampling mode for fast switching purposes.

Unsere Geräte können über DMX RDM konfiguriert werden. Die DMX Startadresse, die DMX Personality und der DMX HOLD Modus können alternativ auch mit einem Startadressboard 3000P, 3003P, 3005P oder 3006P erfolgen, das getrennt bestellt werden muss. Es ist für alle Geräte nur einmalig erforderlich und daher nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten.   You can configure the 3206R-EP via DMX RDM.
